Shipping & Returns Policy

Digital Products

  • Digital downloads and NFC-enabled items are delivered electronically.

  • Access details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

  • Delivery is typically instant, but please allow up to 24 hours for processing.

  • All sales of digital items are final and non-refundable.

Physical Products

  • Orders are processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated (for pre-orders or limited releases).

  • Shipping times vary depending on carrier and destination but typically take 3–10 business days.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

  • Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Central Artistry is not responsible for delays, loss, or theft once a package is with the carrier.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos, and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.

  • For limited-edition or sold-out items, replacements may not be available.

Returns & Exchanges

  • All sales are final.

  • Because our products include digital downloads and collectible merchandise, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.
